Management
Our
directors, client services managers and resource persons are versatile
professionals able to cover every demand of the industry.
They
are well grounded in the old-fashioned virtues of integrity fired
by a common dogged pursuit of client satisfaction rather than revenue
targets. This forms the basis for staff incentives.

member apart from having a full grasp of the dynamics of the market,

Ayowande Vivian
Executive Director, Finance & Administration
Ayo
is a versatile mind that has garnered experience in the hospitality
sector. She has a B.A English from the University of Ile-Ife, Oyo
State. Her professional experience is extensive and impressive;
she has been member of organizational boards for many international
events in Nigeria such as the 7th OAU All Africa Trade Fair, Technical
subcommittee on Infrastructure & Services 1st Ghana International
Auto Show. Her professional career saw her working with Radio Benue,
Makurdi as a newscaster/ continuity announcer and programme coordinator
in her NYSC year.
She
has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Automania Nigeria Limited
(the organizers of the prestigious annual Lagos motor fair) and
brought her professional experience to team up with partners to
manage the affairs of Adriel Hotel Consultants, where she is responsible
for managing and improving the clientele base of Adriel Hotel Consultants,
Coordinating all consulting jobs received by the company as well
as supervising the finance and administration department of the
company amongst other managerial duties.
Ayo speaks English and Yoruba fluently. She is Nigerian by Nationality,
loves traveling, reading, events organizing, cooking and decorating.

Abawonse Stephen Kolawole
Executive Director, Operations
Kola
has been in the hospitality sector for 27 years and has extensive
experience in managerial positions. A HND holder from the Lagos
State Polytechnic, he has worked with Sheraton Hotel and Towers,
Kilo Hotels Lagos, Case Motel Ogun State and attended professional
courses including Team Briefing, the Industrial Society London;
Top Team Building, Masterclass International London; Customer Focused
Selling Skill, Sheraton Training Center, Cairo Egypt amongst so
many others.
Kola speaks Yoruba and English and is Nigerian by Nationality His
hobbies include: traveling, reading, music, football, and watching
movies.
He

Ajayi
Oluwatoyin Irene
Executive Director, Planning and Logistics
Toyin
has a B.Sc (Hons) Fisheries Management from the University of Ibadan,
Nigeria. She is in charge of Planning and logistics, Client's Portfolio
and Welfare, Supervision of finishing and furnishing of projects,
as well as coordinating soft landscape projects. Before joining
Adriel Hotel Consultants she worked with The Federal Ministry of
Agric & Natural resources, Potalec Ventures & Modeling Agency,
National Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Venissi Consultancy
and Esmeralda Nigeria Limited
She
has used her experience in both the public and private sector combines
to effectively handle her portfolio with 100% competency.
Toyin
is a single mother, a Nigerian by Nationality, speaks, yoruba &
english fluently, enjoys reading, interior decorations and gardening.
